A 4,000m² facility designed for manufacturing, R&D, and future growth, featuring a robust "box-in-a-box" steel and precast panel structure.

Overview

The 4,000m2 plant was designed to complete the manufacturing, research and development, and health and safety operations of the business in New Zealand and developed to take the capacity of their planned growth in the industry. The design for the food production area was a “box in a box” design requiring a considerable steel structure to be constructed within the building. This was lined with precast panels.
