Overview
Works consisted of converting the original 1980’s fitouts to modern, open-plan layouts to suit office requirements in a post-Covid environment. A ‘Signature Floor’ on level 18 was a masterpiece for designers CTRL-Space, and also showcases Focus’ Spanline partitioning sections over 16 office suites, and combined with polished concrete flooring and exposed ceilings, achieves a clean industrial look and feel.
