State-of-the-art mental health facility fit-out with seismic upgrades.

Overview

This project involved a full strip-out and fit-out for a state-of-the-art mental health facility for Te Toka Tumai Auckland. The original scope covered levels 1 & 2, including a full services upgrade, 20+ consultation and staff rooms, anti-ligature bathroom upgrades, a new chiller, and mechanical system upgrades. Early in the project, a full seismic upgrade was added, requiring significant structural steel installation. Additional work on the ground floor lobby, level 3, and the roof further expanded the scope. Focus successfully scaled up resources, assigning an extra site manager and additional carpentry teams to meet project demands.
